Courtney Terry
Courtney's passion for digital content began during the early years of Instagram and flourished when she launched @madisonmusts, a local Instagram and digital blog. As our Content Manager at Raise Agency, she loves creatively capturing visuals that resonate with the client’s audience.
Beyond her role at Raise Agency, Courtney owns a freelance photography business specializing in marketing and professional brand photos. Her portfolio includes product photography, food & beverage, and unique editorial-style portraits. Courtney thrives on capturing moments that elevate brands and connect with viewers on a personal level.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys rollerblading, cross-country skiing, and exploring local restaurants.
CONTENT MANAGER
Maddie Timmerman
As a dedicated junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the School of Human Ecology. Maddie is pursuing a major in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies, a dynamic combination of marketing, entrepreneurship, and merchandising aimed at enhancing consumers' day-to-day lives. While this major offers a wide range of career possibilities, Maddie is particularly passionate about social media marketing and content creation.
As the Account Executive at Raise Agency, Maddie plays an essential role on our team, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to every project. We are delighted to have her as a part of the Raise Agency family and look forward to her continued contributions to our success.

Maddy Rosen
Maddy is a passionate junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she is pursuing a degree in Journalism with a focus on strategic communications. Maddy recently declared a double major, adding History to her academic pursuits, and is also minoring in Digital Studies and Digital Analytics.
With a keen interest in advertising, marketing, and public relations, Maddy is eager to leverage her creativity and drive to make a meaningful impact in these fields.
Maddy plays a valuable role on our team. Her skills and dedication contribute to our success, and we are thrilled to have her as part of the Raise Agency family.
